Action-Apps acts solely as a technology platform and does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, availability, or performance of any user, business, product, service, or opportunity listed on the platform.
Action-Apps contains content created and published by users, referred to as “User Generated Content” or “UGC.”

Users retain ownership of content they submit. Viruses, malware, phishing attempts, harmful scripts, or content intended to compromise users or systems are prohibited.
Action-Apps maintains a strict anti-spam policy.

Action-Apps reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, limit features, require verification, or permanently block access without prior notice when spam or abusive behavior is detected.
To protect the quality of the platform and the experience of other users, Action-Apps may restrict or permanently block individual users, email addresses, domains, businesses, organizations, IP addresses, or networks.

The Action-Apps name, logo, branding, software, design elements, applications, source code, graphics, trademarks, and proprietary content remain the exclusive property of Action-Apps and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Action-Apps, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, data loss, indirect damages, consequential damages, or service interruptions.
The total liability of Action-Apps shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Action-Apps during the previous twelve months.
Action-Apps reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
