From Crossroads to Countertops
Before countertops, Rob spent 15 years in the oil and gas industry, operating and managing multi-million-dollar drilling rigs. Stacy was busy raising their family while working as a paraprofessional, substitute teacher at Ellsworth Elementary School and Kanopolis Middle School, and later as a cook and teacher at Head Start.
When the oilfield slowed down, they found themselves at a crossroads. Instead of waiting for the next opportunity, they decided to create one.
Building From the Ground Up
Rob spent countless hours researching the countertop industry, learning everything he could from the ground up. Today, he handles much of the behind-the-scenes operations, personally templates every job, and works one-on-one with customers to help them choose the best materials and designs for their homes.
His goal is to make sure every customer feels confident in their decisions before fabrication ever begins.

While Rob was building the business, Stacy continued working at Head Start and supporting the family behind the scenes. As the company grew, so did the need for her, and she eventually joined full-time as CEO, where she now oversees the company’s accounting, marketing, social media, and day-to-day operations.
Six years later, what started as a leap of faith has grown into a thriving family-owned business serving central Kansas.
